Conceived in 2012, it represents the evolutionary journey of the Panino, a perfect synthesis of history and contemporaneity. The name is inspired by the futurist expression “Tra i due” conceived by Marinetti in 1929 to refer to the stuffed sandwich at a time when Englishisms were not allowed. Tasty and delicate, the Tra i due is one of our Michelin-starred sandwiches.
